Dear Mrs. Katherine, and to all the other colleagues in the office, who work tirelessly daily to see that our law and order prevail, and that justice prevails. I am thankful for everything; indeed, what this office does is a labor of love. Knowing quite well that this office presides over hundreds of victims like me, I am just one of the unfortunate ones to have been caught in the crossfire of these blatant shootings. Having read your correspondence and the support offered to me, I consider myself truly blessed I have not quite overcome the fear of congregating in my front room, every time I see the shatter glass and the bullet hole in my window, I am still traumatized, it is something that I will have to eventually work out by myself. Allow me the privilege to introduce you to my neighbors in my neighborhood, yes, they are law- abiding, retired senior progressive citizens, my thoughts and prayers are always with their comfort and safety.

I am here living in America and practicing the discipline and training you did instill in me, Mama I was told that this is a country of Law & Order, as with anything else if you violate and disobey the law you are punished forthwith according to the violation and section of the law you’ve broken. Mama, I am excited to be here, living in such a progressive society governed by laws, you will like it here Mama, however, it's not all perfect Mama, you see there are also law violators who work the system to benefit their agenda, thereby making a mockery of the law, yes Mama that exist here. They called it the process. The process works all too well Mama, one of the main reasons is because there are more laws than Order, keeping the peace is society Order, judging of the Law is sometimes elusive govern by several other factors of the law. Mama, not so long ago I was jury 21 for the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in the court of Judge Jeffrey Cohen, I thought I knew what Law & Order meant but I was wrong Mama it goes far more in-depth than the naked eye can see, I put it this way what the naked eye saw witness by collaborating witnesses of two or three. My instruction was simple the Judge instructed us to judge the facts and nothing but the facts. This brings me now to telling you Mama about the event of March 7th during the wee hours of the evening, Mama I was nearly shot in my own home, one of the stray bullets lodged itself two feet from my body, while three more hit the ceiling outside my window, I felt the impact burning into my soul and ringing into my ears, for a minute I thought I was dying but quickly realize I was not hit. Talk about being traumatized yes Mama my heart was beating so fast you could hear it a mile off, to make the situation worse my wife who sat next to me was trembling with fear not being able to walk she sat there hypnotized, Somehow, I got the strength to put her in her wheelchair and quickly wheel her to the back bedroom and await the police to respond. This was the second shooting from the same source.

IT’S RAINING BULLETS HERE

March 07, 22 the time 6:00 pm shots were fired across the road from my house, naturally, I was concerned but not curious, two months ago there was a drive-by shooting which involve this same house, what a nasty affair that was, the neighborhood came alive with gunshots I held my breath until the authorities arrive on the scene, once more the same disturbance has taken place. Four gunshots in succession were fired, followed by a hale of gunshots waking up the neighborhood I was adjusting my antenna when the bullet hit the glass window three feet from me, I now know what it's like to almost get shot, at the time I had no idea that the bullet hit so close to me, but something was not right, first I felt a sharp pain in my head followed by calm silence then I felt my body collapsing to the ground, I became traumatized. Somehow I got the strength to pull myself away from the window and TV next I search myself for any signs of blood, I notice I was not hit I am OK, a quick check on my wife as well, she was sitting very close next to where I was standing. The irony of it all is that my wife is recovering from brain surgery and this nasty business does not help her situation in the recovery process. Who then is responsible? And what can we do about it? in my view, let's go back to the very first incident after the police finish making their investigation they should alert and inform the neighbors of the outcome, whether or not someone had been apprehended, but this was not done, yes we have a neighborhood watch among us, the police should escalate more involvement in showing their presence by drive-by visitation, again that was not done, lastly, the landlord should be made responsible for the situation caused by the occupancy of his house? But that was not done, well what does it take to do the right thing. I have resided in this area for thirty years, bought this house thirty years ago, and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood, made up of retired progressive citizens, but one bad apple should not spoil the whole bunch, Dear alderman show us you care for our safety! Dear police you live in our neighborhood protect us from such mayhem, Dear Mayor you too can be involved. Please do not let yet another incident like this one repeat itself I am sure you know what to do. The officer on the scene was searching for the shells in the immediate vicinity I beckon him to enter the house and point to him the bullet lodge in my window frame, he dug out the bullet and made his exit I stood there still traumatized and shaking all over, Mama this was my very first awkward dangerous situation, and it shook me terrible bad. What is left to say, Mama, well four days later I am dishing out a total of 1000.00 dollars out of my pocket, my deductible out of a total of $6300.00 to the repair of my house, I should be angry Mama, but instead I praise almighty Jehovah for spearing my life and the life of my neighbors, and wished this incident never did happen? Mama if you still want to join your son in this Law-abiding society it is your choice, there are many good people here believe me, please don’t be judgmental of all of them,

The substandard business behavior of Wally Blanton / Feltner company's unethical practice of overcharging its customers. The company uses deception by lying and inflating the service charges, which are requested and needed. As of April 11, 2005, Wally Blanton / Feltner Plumbing Sewer & Drain performed the services of a drain unblocking at my home and charged me $1098.00, the service person overestimated the scope before he found out what the actual work involved, and needed to be performed, lied about what is needed to be done inflating the root cause, to overcharge me. The national average cost to unclog a main sewer line in 2025 ranges between $55 and $475, with most people paying around $650 if hydro- jetting the clogged line was needed and performed. Hydro-jetting was not needed in my case; the serviceman only used a snake to unblock the drainage, charging me $1098.excessive overcharged by Wally Blanton / Feltner Plumbing Sewer & Drain Company. I have reached out to the company via text on several occasions, asking for a partial refund of $400. I’ve given the company ample time to respond, but Wally Blanton / Feltner Plumbing Sewer & Drain has not responded. I'm planning to Sue the company of Wally Blanton/Feltner for excessive charges related to a simple sewage line blockage, property damages and metal debries dump in the drain pipe, I have reached out to the company and expressed a deal, but there has been no response. If the company continues to stay silent on this matter, as of Wednesday, April 16, 2025, I intend to do the following.

It is possible, Wally Blanton Plumbing & Sewer did just that, took me for the sum of $1098.00 to unclog a drain with a snake. True, I call the folks at the address below. Wally Blanton / Feltner Plumbing & Sewer 3624 14th Ave, Kenosha, WI.53140 To unplug a simple sewer drain line, the national average cost to unclog a main sewer line in 2025 ranges between $200 and $650, with most people paying around $475 to clean a mid- size clog by hydro jetting the main sewer pipe between a house and municipal main line. Across the nation, when hiring a professional plumber, the average amount you can expect to spend is approximately $250. If the clog is minor, plumbers may charge as little as $100. If the clog is substantially more complex, this could increase your cost by upward of $400. The average range cost to unclog a sewer line is $200-$600, low-end $150 for high-duty professional sewer cleaning with a snake, whereas the high is $1,000 for hydro jetting the main sewer line to resolve a full blockage. On 4/9/2025, two service technicians performed a service to unblock a blockage using a snake to clear the line. The service took the technician roughly 45 minutes to complete without requiring hydro jet cleaning. In my estimation, the average out-of-pocket charge should be no more than $289. This was a straightforward drain cleaning costing no more than $55. This was a simple clog that was cleared with a drain snake. It should have cost me around $100-$250, the service personnel did not have to use hydro jetting, as this was not a stubborn clog, just some tree roots were found. However, if hydro needed to be used, my out-of-pocket cost should only be between $350 and $600, I contend that those technicians took advantage of my lack of knowledge about this simple process, charging me an absorbent whopping $895 plus $200 just to unclog a basement drain. Now wouldn’t you like to be a plumber and pocket $1098.00 in just 45 minutes of work? It is possible, Wally Blanton Plumbing & Sewer did just that, took me for the sum of $1098.00 to unclog a drain with a snake. I have reviewed the contract and the work performed, plus the agreed-upon price, which does not merit the scope of work done. I believe the charge is excessive, I have concerns, and I seek a resolution to a lower price and a partial refund. I hope Wally Blanton Inc. and I can resolve this issue without seeking mediation or other dispute resolution services. 0 stars for this company.
